PT XL Axiata Tbk. ('XL') was established on 8 October 1989, under the name PT Grahametropolitan Lestari. Its main business was in trading and general services.
Six years later, XL took an important step by setting up a partnership with Rajawali Group -a shareholder of PT Grahametropolitan Lestari - and three foreign investors
(NYNEX, AIF and Mitsui). Its name was changed to PT Excelcomindo Pratama, with the provisioning of basic telephony services as its core business.
XL commenced commercial operations in 1996, primarily covering Jakarta, Bandung and Surabaya areas. This made XL the first private company in Indonesia to provide
cellular mobile telephony services.
XL is now leading the industry as a cellular telecommunications provider with extensive coverage throughout Indonesia. It provides services for retail customers
and offers business solutions for corporate customers, including voice, data and other value-added mobile telecommunications services. XL operates its network with
GSM 900/DCS 1800 and IMT-2000/3G technologies. XL also holds a Closed Regular Network License, Internet Service Provider (ISP) License, Voice over Internet
Protocol (VoIP) License, and Internet Interconnection Services License (NAP).
Strategic Vendor Partnership, a new strategic unit under Strategic Partnership and Procurement Division (formerly Procurement and Logistic), is developed mainly to drive alignment between XL and strategic partners/major vendors in order to build, maintain, and enhance stronger and more beneficial relationships; and also to constantly create value out of the partnership.

Responsibilities:
- Build and strengthen XLâs relationships with Indonesian Internet content and communication players, including Internet sites, application developers, major retailers, utilities and entrepreneurs and also with the worldâs major communication and content players
- Shape and develop XL Innovation roadmap through industry scouting and partner interaction
- Manage all commercial activities between XL Axiata and a range of Indonesian players
- Run programs to support and develop and select players to partner with XL for launching ideas and services to the Indonesian market
- Define new product opportunities, shaping and channeling initial concepts through to product and planning teams
- Manage the commercial negotiations and terms for joint products
Requirements:
- Strong business development experience in a relevant sector â" telecoms, IT, management consulting
- A proven track record of managing strategic relationship and delivering high profile agreements between telecom and Internet players
- A strong network of partners across the Indonesia Mobile and Internet market
- A thorough understanding of the telecoms and internet industries, including good knowledge of mobile products
- Strong project management skills
- Solid interpersonal and communications skills (Verbal, Written & Presentation)
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics (S2 degree is a plus)
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field
Human Capital Business Partner

Responsibilities:
- Provide internal consulting services in human capital management, OD, and change management areas
- Develop and execute continuous improvement program for human capital management
- Plan and monitor head count execution in the assigned directorate(s)
- Monitor and administer internal and external recruitment to ensure on time fulfillment of resources
- Develop and execute employee rotation scenarios

Requirements:

Manager - Corp. Culture & Performance Management

- Develop and define corporate cultures frameworks
- Coordinate the unit and monitor the execution of corporate culture events/initiatives
- Act as point of reference for corporate cultures implementation
- Identify the most appropriate performance management system
- Monitor performance management cycle and execution
- Identify and develop continuous improvement plan for corporate culture and performance management system
- Coordinate regular communication of corporate culture and performance management initiatives
Requirements:
- University Graduate (preferably Master) from any academic background (preferably in the fields of Psychology/Communications/Sociology)
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Corporate Culture and Performance Management assignments, preferably in the hi-tech/IT industry
- Advanced Knowledge and Skills of Corporate Culture & Performance Management System (PMS)
- Knowledge of Business and Telco with a focus on their Culture & PMS

Requirements:
