PT Bank Syariah Mandiri - BSM is one of the largest islamic based financial institution in Indonesia. Based on Bank Mandiri's annual report 2010, BSM's market share of the Indonesian syariah banking industry reached 33.3% in terms of assets, 35% in terms of financing and 38.1% in terms of funding. The focus of BSM's business development was directly towards the retail banking business. To face the increasingly tough competition in the syariah banking segment, one of the strategies adopted by BSM in 2010 was to finace the micro and small enterprise segment, including pawn business, small Kiosks and a Consumer Financing Business Center, in addition, BSM will continue to extend its infrastucture network including offices, ATM machines and imporvements to staff quality. Total assets of BSM was growth of Rp10.42 trillion (47.3%) from a figure of Rp22.04 trillion at the end of 2009 to Rp32,46 trillion at the end of 2010. Third Party Funds at BSM grwe by Rp9.65 trillion (49.9%) from a figure of Rp19.34 trillion at the end of 2009 to Rp28.99 at the end of 2010. BSM had more that 2.21 million funding accounts comprised of both individual and corporate accounts.

- Male/Female, single, never married with max age 27 years old
- Min Bachelor Degree (S1) from all departments with GPA min 2.75
- Active in campus organizations both internal or external
- Fluent in English both oral or written
- Willing to not married during MDP education
- Willing to be placed in all BSM branches in all over Indonesia
