PT Bank Central Asia Tbk - BCA is the largest Indonesian private financial institution. The Company engaged in bank sector. BCA established in 1955 and its headquaters in Jakarta. The Company strives to continously develop its human resources by providing the best training and development programs, to nurture a performance-based work culture and actively manage opportunities for career development. To align with corporate business strategy and direction, the Management Development Program (MDP) was modified in 2009 into BCA Development Program (BDP). This program aims to producing professionals with specializations according the work unit needs. Based on BCA annual report 2010, BCA recruited 115 graduates from prominent universities to join this programs.
In line with this goal, PT Bank Central Asia Tbk are looking for high talented people to joint as following position:
BCA Development Program (BDP)
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree (S1) or Master Degree (S2) from the leading universities.
- GPA of at least 3.00 for Strata 1 and 3:25 for Strata 2 (on a scale of 4:00)
- Maximum age 25 years old for Strata 1 and 27 years old for Strata 2
- Good communication skills
- Have high motivation and analysis.
- Ability to work in teams
- DRUG-free.
- Not married and willing to not get married during the education.
- Willing to be assigned and placed in the branches throughout the territory of Indonesia
- Willing to undergo education and the bond department after education.
- Passed in the selection.
