LPDB-KUMKM is one of the financial institution owned by The Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of Republic Indonesia. The Ministry formed an institution to optimize the management of revolving funds for cooperatives and SMEs institution in Indonesia. This instiution called Lembaga Pengelola Dana Bergulir Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (LPDB-KUMKM) or Revolving Fund Management Institution Cooperatives and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. This institution formed in August 2006 under Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises Regulations Number 19.4/Per/M.KUKM/VIII/2006. This institution based in Jakarta and operated in all over Indonesia. LPDB-KUMKM provide soft financing to cooperatives institution partners.

Requirements:
- Female, max age 25 years old
- Education minimum D3 major in Secretary
- Experienced min 2 years as Secretary
- Good looking
- Computer literate, minimal Ms Office (word, excel and powerpoint)
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Honesty, and have high integrity
- Innovative
