Legal Staff - Jakarta
Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer all legal activities
- Prepare all legal document for company purposes
- Draft and review of contracts, agreements and other legal documents
- Maintain contract and licenses of the company
- Compile & maintain documentation system
- Ensure compliance with relevant Indonesian law and regulations, include rules & requirements
Requirements:
- Male / Female, Max. 28 years old
- Bachelor degree majoring Law from reputable university
- 1 year experience in the same field, Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
- Proficiency in English both oral and written
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and other computer software
- Understand the Indonesian regulatory issues
- Familiar in drafting corporate agreement & other legal document
- High attention to detail,Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Able to work under pressure
Administration - Jakarta
Requirements:
- Female, age max. 28 years
- Education min. D3 / S1
- Preferably experience as Administrative min. 1 year
- Ability to work with a computer program (Ms. Office)
- Diligent, thorough, workmanlike and neat work
