Responsibilities:
  • Control Manpower Management
  • Absence, Payroll and Tax Control
  • Training and Development
  • Jamsostek & Insurance Control

Requirements:
  • Female
  • Maximum age 33 years old
  • Hold minimum Diploma (D3) Degree
  • Experience minimum 3 years in same position
  • Labor Regulation Knowlegde
  • Counseling Skill
  • Have Knowledge of ISO 9001 & ISO 14001
  • Good communication skill, teamwork, initiative, hardworking and result oriented
  • Self motivated and able to work under high pressure
  • English is a must, Japanese will be advantage
  • Salary Negotiable
