We are currently recruiting the following position:

Programmer (IP)
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:
  • Developing new computer programming methods
  • Following the progress of programs to ensure that they are operating correctly and fix any program errors that might occur along the way
  • Reviewing programs on a frequent basis and making adjustments as are necessary to ensure the proper
  • Working of a computer program
  • Maintenance of the computer database
  • Providing technical support to those who use the computer programs

Requirements:
  • D3/S1 degree from IT/Computer area (Fresh Graduate are welcome)
  • Well-versed in various computer programs and methods
  • Having programming experience using Visual Basic or Visual Foxpro
  • Having knowledge of databases
  • Male/female, Max. 30 years old
  • Analytical Thinker, independent and able to take initiative

Recruitment Specialist (IRS)
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:
  • Control, maintain and update manpower plan
  • Ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time
  • Identify suitable recruitment channel for company
  • Designs recruitment advertisements
  • Screen applicants for basic compliance with position qualifications, summarizes CVs for easier evaluation by the concerned division heads.
  • Interview candidates up to supervisors level and provide feedback to to the concerned division heads.
  • Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are adhered to and recommend improvements
  • Forward collected CVs to the concerned division heads for evaluation and interviews
  • Type employment contracts and issues engagement advice
  • Maintain an active and organized data bank of applicants for various positions
  • Generates recruitment related reports

Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Psychology
  • Experience in interviewing and observation
  • Male/female, max. 32 years old
  • Confident, with positive attitude
  • Strong oral and communication skills and English language fluency (TOEIC Score min. 605)
  • Should be analytical, independent, and able to take initiative
  • Computer literate
