The company provides one-stop services and solutions to serve the dedicated 140,000 hectares Oil-Palm Plantations development project within Bewani sub-district.

Lowongan Kerja Bewani Oil Palm Plantations

Field Conductor - Balikpapan

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling daily operating procedures and data collection.
• Conducting trials and quality control activities via regular nursery and main estate visits.
• Conduct leaf and soil sampling, pest and disease census and analysis.
• Feasibility studies, troubleshoot, trials and land evaluations to explore new areas of improvement.
• Handle daily inquiries and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma from recognized University/College, preferably specialized in Agriculture, Forestry or related disciplines.
• Candidates without tertiary qualification will also be considered but working experience of at least 7 years as supervisors in established plantation companies is essential.

Estate Manager - Balikpapan

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling daily operating procedures and data collection.
• Conducting trials and quality control activities via regular nursery and main estate visits.
• Conduct leaf and soil sampling, pest and disease census and analysis.
• Feasibility studies, troubleshoot, trials and land evaluations to explore new areas of improvement.
• Handle daily inquiries and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma from recognized University/College, preferably specialized in Agriculture or related disciplines.
• At least 7 years’ experience at executive level in large plantations. Candidates who have exposure to Malaysian or Foreign management system is an advantage but not essential.
• Experience in development of oil palm plantations from primary jungle is required.
• Working knowledge of English is an added advantage.

Assistant Estate Manager - Balikpapan

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling daily operating procedures and data collection.
• Conducting trials and quality control activities via regular nursery and main estate visits.
• Conduct leaf and soil sampling, pest and disease census and analysis.
• Feasibility studies, troubleshoot, trials and land evaluations to explore new areas of improvement.
• Handle daily inquiries and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma from recognized University/College, preferably specialized in Agriculture, Forestry or related disciplines.
• At least 3 years’ experience as Cadets or Assistant Managers in established plantations. Exposure to Malaysian or Foreign management system is an advantage but not essential.
• Experience in development of oil palm plantation from primary jungle is an added advantage.
