Cash Management Officer (CMO)
Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
- Establish and administer programs to ensure that foreign and local currency is sufficient to finance business operations and new projects, determines the sufficiency of funds to meet current and forecast financial requirements and obligations
- Develop and recommend financial plans for short term and long-term fund requirements; and treasury management strategies and techniques for optimal funding to improve earnings of the company
- Identify and recommend the selection of fund sources and negotiable loans as required, monitor the repayment of loans as to timing and fund availability
- Ensure adequate insurance coverage of company assets at least cost, conduct and evaluate insurance bids based on latest computed insurable values and cost implications
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
- Minimum 2 year(s) experience in a full range of treasury functions
- Good knowledge of domestic financing, banking rules and regulations including compensating statutory regulations in the U.S. and other affiliates
- Ability to focus on detail and macro issues
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good communication in English both oral and written
- Ability to sustain long periods of pressure in order to meet deadlines

Sales Accountant (SA)
Jakarta Selatan (Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
- Generates sales invoices using the SAP, invoicing menu and ensures that all shipments to customers during the cycle period are billed accurately
- Maintain complete records of sales (schedule and analysis) per customers and ensure that all SAP transactions are extracted and transferred to SAP Financial Systems on a monthly basis
- Reconciles the sales, mark-up intercompany Sales/GL accounts on a monthly basis and prepares adjusting entries and resolution of all reconciling items
- Analyse the freight account and ensure that sourcing countries are billed correctly for all export shipment costs. Prepares freight accrual entries on a monthly basis
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking
- Minimum 2 year(s) experience in treasury functions
- Good knowledge of domestic financing, banking rules and regulations
- Ability to focus on detail, high speed and accurate/precise
- Ability to sustain long periods of pressure in order to meet deadlines
- Fluent in English both oral & written
- Good interpersonal skill
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
