PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang, is part of PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja (Persero), an Indonesian State Owned Enterprise engaged in the production and marketing of fertilizers. PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja (Persero), which has its headquarters and production center based in Palembang, South Sumatra, is the first producer of urea fertilizer in Indonesia. PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang founded on December 24, 2010 with the production and marketing activities as well as other chemical industries fertilizer which is a spin off result of PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja (Persero) as the Holding Company. Until the year 2010 has an installed capacity of urea fertilizer per year as many as 2.262 million tons and 1.499 million tons of ammonia. Several subsidiaries are located in beneath it produces melamine, equipment fabrication plant. Its subsidiaries are PT Sri Melamine Rejeki an PT Puspetindo.

Requirements
- S1 graduates from majors: Accounting, Financial Management, Informatic Engineering / Computer Science, Industrial Engineering / Industrial Management, Agriculture / Socioeconomic Agriculture, Business / Business Administration from reputable universities (accreditation A)
- GPA of at least 3:00
- Maximum age 25 years old for Fresh Graduate
- Able to collaborate with colleagues and customers
- Having a good personality and good communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and minimum supervision
- Have good analytical skills.
