- Minimum education S1 from an Accredited University
- Minimum GPA 2.75
- The maximum age of 24.00 years old for fresh graduate
- The maximum age of 26.00 years for an experienced (minimum 2 years experience as front liners)
- Good looking
- Able to operate computer minimal MS Office programs
- Not Married
- Do not have a nuclear family (parents, siblings, husband / wife) worked as an employee of Bank Mandiri
