Construction Supervisor

Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

• Reports directly to the respective Superintendent and in his absence act as his deputy.
• Responsible for all field construction works at site.
• Organizes, co-ordinates, inspects and directs field activities in accordance with work schedules while constantly monitoring the progress and quality of works.
• Monitors the progress and quality of the works performed by Subcontractors.
• Assesses and allocates priorities as necessary.
• Completes punch lists.
• Responsible for the field construction activities for the designated area.
• Ensures a safe working environment during construction.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Civil), Architecture or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.

Construction Superintendent

Jakarta Raya - Jakarta & other area

Responsibilities:

• Reports to the Construction Manager and in his absence act as his deputy. The Superintendent shall perform technical, inspection, scheduling, planning and survey functions for activities in the designated area.
• Implements the inspection and test requirements as per the Inspection and Test Plan.
• Interprets engineering documents and drawings for field personnel.
• Maintains systems for and performs field progress evaluation and compares actual with planned.
• Maintains records, liaises and co-ordinates with local authorities and the client.
• Completes punch list and assists in compilation of final construction reports.
• Establishes interfaces with all work areas.
• Provides a lead role in overall safety, planning, maintenance of quality systems, progress of construction and assures the harmonious relationship between all personnel and parties on the job in his work group.
• Ensures the provision of a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Civil), Architecture or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Senior Quality Project Engineer

Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

• Project based role supporting Project Manager on QA/QC aspects of the project including:
• Assist the PM in preparing a Project Plan/ Project Quality Plan/ ITP
• Maintain and ensure that the Quality Management system as outlined in the Project Plan is implemented throughout the construction period.
• Maintain and improve quality awareness of the project team by providing sufficient quality campaign, induction and training and promoting continual improvement in all project activities.
• Report regularly to Project manager and Head Office regarding project quality performance and issues
• Ensure that works are done according to approved Method Statements and coordinate all the inspection and tests activities as specified in the ITP
• Administer all quality records properly and make them ready for archiving and handing over to the Client at project completion.
• Prepare and carry out internal project quality audit and ensure follow up actions are implemented, including to Subcontractors/ Suppliers.
• Ensure that ordered and delivered construction materials conform to specification.
• Act as a coordinator for the investigation and resolution of non-conformities and any other quality related queries
• Attend and represent the company at relevant internal and external meetings.
• Provide assistance to project staff with the drafting of quality documents and forms.
• Coordinate Quality inspectors

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Marine) or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• Full-Time positions available.
• Familiar with ISO 9000 series knowledge and implementation
• Good command of English both oral and written
• Good reporting skills [in English and Indonesian]
• Auditor/ Lead Auditor Certified [preferably IRCA certified course] for ISO 9000 series
• Preferably having experience in project engineering team
• Familiar with Civil Engineering National and International Codes [SNI, BS, ACI, ASTM, JIS, AS etc.]
• Able to prepare Method Statements, Quality Plans, ITP, Check list forms, NCR and other quality documentations
• Having sufficient knowledge and practical experience of Quality Improvement Tools
• Knowledge or certification in welding inspection would be an added value.

Senior Marine Project Engineer

Jakarta Raya - Jakarta & other area

Responsibilities:

• 5 – 10 yrs experience in similar marine projects; with 3 – 5 yrs in similar engineering manager role; offshore piling works (concrete spun piles / steel piles), offshore formwork design; concrete topside installations; precast production.
• Management of day to day engineering and work preparation activities with a team of up to 5 site engineers / surveyors.
• Preparation of work method statements.
• Preparation of weekly and monthly project reporting to client.
• Preparation of monthly progress invoices to client.
• Able to prepare offshore lifting studies.
• Able to prepare and update planning, Primavera 3 or 6.
• Good understanding of Project cost control (budget control) systems.
• Good understanding of Project document management systems.
• High level of safety awareness as per international safety standards.

Requirements:

Marine Construction Manager

Jakarta Raya - Jakarta & other area

Responsibilities:

• 10 yrs experience in similar marine projects with at leas 3 – 5 yrs in similar construction management role.
• Responsible for day to day management of all site construction works offshore as well as the onshore works; piling, concrete installation, access road installation, logistics, etc.
• Management of construction team.
• Management and co-ordination of all logistical processes, onshore / offshore.
• Co-ordination with local harbor authorities on barge movements.
• High level of safety awareness as per international safety standards.
• Experience with offshore crane barges; winches, anchor systems, tugboats, offshore logistics.
• Experience and capable of coordinating and reviewing offshore heavy lifts, understanding of barge listing, offshore crane capacity calculations, etc.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Marine) or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta & other area.
