Starting from a constrcution company namely PT Tjahja Rimba Kentjana in 1970. The company transformed into PT Total Bangun Persada in 1981. TOTAL spread the wings to property business with its subsidiary PT Total Persada Development (TPD) which commenced its operations by building Condominium-Hotel Ramanda Hotel & Suites Sakala in Tanjung Benoa Bali.

More than 700 buildings have been constructed by TOTAL. Each of the projects has its distinctiveness and special added value in accordance with the differentiation concept in terms of quality, service and innovation as the Company's competitive edge. In 2010 TOTAL already earned contract ammounting Rp1.554 trillion, increased by 4.2% compared to the result of 2009, whicah was ammounted to Rp1.481 trillion. TOTAL won anumber of contract, among others the construction of Ramayana Department Store shopping center in various areas, Boarding House and Campuses of Bina Nusantara University, Trans Studio Bandung, Sovereign Plaza, Bintan's Lagoi Bay Mall and Ulubelu's Geothermal Power Plant. Repeat customers entrusting their building projects to TOTAL are still dominating at the percentage of 80% compared to new customers at 20%. Further, 25% customers are derived from private sector and 25% from government sector.

1. QUALITY SUPERVISOR

- Pendidikan STM/D3/S1 Teknik Sipil/Arsitektur/Mesin/Elektro Arus Kuat/Elektronika
- Pengalaman min. 2 th di proyek konstruksi gedung sebagai pelaksana lapangan
- Bersedia ditempatkan di proyek di seluruh Indonesia

2. SURVEYOR

- Pendidikan STM / D3 / S1 Geodesi
- Pengalaman min. 2 tahun sebagai surveyor, bertanggung jawab melaksanakan pengukuran di proyek konstruksi gedung
- Bersedia ditempatkan di proyek di seluruh Indonesia

3. QUANTITY SURVEYOR

- Pendidikan D3/S1 Teknik Sipil/Arsitek/Mesin/Elektro Arus Kuat/Elektronika
- Pengalaman min. 2 th dalam menghitung volume dan opname proyek konstruksi gedung
- Bersedia ditempatkan di proyek di seluruh Indonesia

4. DRAFTER

- Pendidikan STM/D3/S1 Teknik Sipil/Arsitektur/Mesin/Elektro Arus Kuat/Elektronika
- Pengalaman min. 2 th di bidang pembuatan shopdrawing proyek konstruksi gedung
- Bersedia ditempatkan di proyek di seluruh Indonesia

5. ADMINISTRASI PROYEK

- Laki-laki
- Pendidikan SMA-D3
- Pengalaman min.1 th sebagai administrasi
- Aktif berkorespondensi dgn bahasa Inggris
- Bersedia ditempatkan di proyek di seluruh Indonesia
