Requirements:

• Male
• University Degree from reputable university
• Experience min 3 years in Sales Dept (Senior Level Managerial)
• Having experience for handling Fresh Meat Product in Consumer Goods is preferrably
• Having experience for HORECA customer
• Posses insight, leadership skill, commitment in managing sales team in achieving targets
• Dare to face the challenges in achieving sales targets
• Keeping abreast of what competitors are doing
• Supervising,motivating and monitoring team performance
• Having capabilities in achieving sales target
• Responsible to expand the numeric outlets and having capabilities to maintain relations with outlets

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling internal and external meetings and appointments, including venue arrangements
• Planning, developing and implementing filing system for General Manager so as to ensure simple access to required documents
• Coordinating and arranging General Manager's visitors and personal guests
• Conduct external business correspondences and internal memos and announcements
• Screening all incoming letters, papers and documents to device urgency, function, and needs
• Taking care of travel arrangement for General Manager, both domestic and overseas trips
• Influence of Administration procedure

Requirements:

• Female, Christian
• Age Max 35 years old
• Min. Bechelor Degree on Secretary with min. GPA 3
• 5 years experience as secretary is preferably
• Have great communication and interpersonal skills
• Well organized and highly accurate
• High endurance under work pressure
• Fluent in English both spoken and written
• High integrity, honest and trustworthy
