- Charming / good appearance (min. height 160 cm, no wearing glasses & no braces)
- Active communicated in English
- Familiar with computer
- Good communication skill, energetic, polite and friendly

DRAFTER
Jakarta RayaResponsibilities:
- Provide a standard layout drawings for the shop fitting-out
- Carry out the work assigned by the Manager Building Maintenance
- Responsible for the provision of engineering drawings are required both for rental units and shop drawings of the building renovation plans
- Maintain drawings and technical documents of the building and all facilities therein
- Maintaining good tenant technical documents
- Responsible for the measurement of the room / store unit that will be handed over
Requirements:
- Male, max. age 26 years
- Education min. SMK majoring in Engineering Building
- Experience min. 2 years in the same position (preferably from retail companies, malls or property)
- MEP installation has the ability to draw
- Master computer (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, AutoCAD 2D & 3D, 3D max)
- Able to speak English (oral and written)
- Ability to work with tight deadlines, honest and hardworking
