Location: Tangerang (Banten)Requirements:
- General Requirement :
- Male max 25 years old
- Knowledge of internet business and technology
- Innovative, creative, sharp and enthusiastic
- Fluent English both oral and written
- Technical competence (understand software, hardware, networks, etc)
- Good Analytical and Conceptual thinking skill,active,self motivated,dynamic,creative and innovative
Special Qualification :
- Minimum D3 ( Computer Engineering,Telecommunication Engineering,Informatic Engineering)
- Experience in UNIX/LINUX Server Administration
- Experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration
- Experience in Microtik OS would be preferred
- Experience in Computer Networking
- Strong knowledge in Internet Servers Architecture such as DNS Server,Mail Server,FTP Server,Database Server,Web Server and etc.
- Strong knowledge in Shell Scripting
- Knowledge in Database and Programming language would be preferred
- Strong knowledge in TCP/IP Network (Computer Network)
HRD Manager (code : HRD)
Location: Tangerang (Banten)Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all Human Resource Development aspects such Industrial Relation, Payroll System, Training 'n Development, Recruitment 'n Job Placement.
- Create and implement an effective HR system including recruitment, counseling, compensation, benefits & welfare management, industrial relation, training & development, government & legal affairs, compliance of Indonesian corporate law, labor law and regulations, CSR program
- Develop and maintain the career planning & succession plan based oncompetency system

Location: Tangerang (Banten)Responsibilities:
- Deals with the day-to-day aspects of ensuring that all process participants understand their roles and responsibilities toward the goal of delivering seamless execution of the end-to-end process.
- Communicating all process changes and authorization procedures effectively across all affected business functional areas
- Maintaining regularly monitoring process through internal performance audit to ensure productivity and service level achievement

Special Qualification :
- Bachelor degree in any major of engineering and statistics, preferably Industrial Engineering and Operations Research, with GPA min. 3.0
- Experience in project management, process definition and improvement -- process mapping, SOP, implementation, audit and performance monitoring
- Good analytical skill – observing and evaluating statistical data and process map or document flow and understands logical flowcharting
