We are looking for a dynamic individual who is willing to take increased responsibilities and challenges for the following position:Strategic Performance Management Manager
Jakarta RayaResponsibilities:
- Build a measurement system that describe the strategy and break down planning of strategic management
- Establish performance data in order to understand problems and facilitate to setup a series of strategic priorities (including Improvement and innovation initiatives)
- Setup & Control company’s Vision and the mission by clarifying the target of all the departments by using KPI‘s.
- KPI system for Corporate Balance Scored and Block management System (MBS-BMS) department and the business process internal.
- Analyze Strategic Business Units’ financial statements
- Prepare detailed record of company assets, ensure accountability of company financial statements
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Finance and Accounting background in reputable university (both local and overseas)
- Has at least 5 years’ experience in Big 4 Public Accountant Firm or multinational operation company
- Have experience in similar role in insurance industry
- Good analytical ability to gather and interpret information and develop, recommend and implement solutions.
Telemarketing Business Development Senior Manager
Jakarta RayaResponsibilities:
- Strategic Decision
- Formula a direction and strategy business development together with VP Business Development and in line with company strategies
- Define and follow up of yearly department targets and objectives
- Determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs for expansion base on company capabilities
- Participate in developing new marketing and sales strategies company
- New Product Development
- Creating and developing for new product and services with potential partner for co-marketing
- Launch and implementation a new product introduction to market within agreed time frame set by management
- Partnership Development
- Maintain relationship with existing partners
- Build lead generation network to expand potential partnership
- Pro-actively chase business partnership opportunity to achieve target organizations and establish communication and mutual relationship with partners
- Continue on acquiring database source in order to maintain continuous supply of database
- Miscellaneous
- Keep up to date with latest banking and insurance knowledge and information
- Work closely with partners’ Sales Department to understand their business model in order to help them on leveraging their potential resources for future business opportunities
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major (min GPA 3.0) MBA degree is an advantage.
- Minimum 5-7 years work experience, preferably in business development in insurance industry, banking or consumer goods, with minimum 2 years in managerial position.
- Good command of English & Bahasa.
- Independent, hardworking, responsible and loyal.
- Good and proficiency in knowledge of life insurance and products
- Able to work independently and has a systematic approach to resolving problems arising
