Import Officer | Jakarta Utara – Pluit

Responsibilities:

* Plan and monitor incoming containers (unstuffing purposes) from overseas
* Liaise with both carriers and shippers with regards to import & export shipment
* Handle any discrepancy found in inventory, shortage/damages or mishandling upon receipt during cargo inspection and breakbulk
* Updating of stock movements using in-house system
* Generate and analyze reports for customers as well as management
* Handle and follow – up on complaints to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

* Female, max. 28 years old
* Bachelor degree from industrial engineering are preferably
* Fresh graduated are welcome
* Computer literate (M. Office & E-mail)
* Excellent in English both oral and written
* Willingness to be located in Pluit

Inventory Control Officer | Bekasi (Jawa Barat) – Gn. Putri – Cikeas / Cibubur

Requirements:

* Female max. 28 years old
* Bachelor degree from industrial engineering are preferably
* Min. 1 year experience in inventory control
* Computer literacy (M. Office & E-mail)
* Possess strong verbal and written communication skills; demonstrated ability to organize vast amounts of data;demonstrate ability to multi-task several priorities and possess solid time management skills
* Willingness to be located in Gn. Putri – Cikeas / Cibubur
