To accelerate our growing business, we are looking for candidates as:Sales Manager Food and Beverage (F&B) - Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
* Develop Strategy for respective Business Segment with coordination & cooperation with Product Management Team and ensure effective communication with Sales Team, Area Managers, and the Product Management Team.
* Ensure that the individual sales volume and targets in the responsible area are achieved according to the plan, including revenue, margin, growth and return on sales (RoS).
* Create annual budget in conjunction with Product Management Team in line with overall Strategic Plan as well as Business Segment Strategy.
* Implement Business Strategy by carrying out action plans together with Area Manager and Sales Team, thus with the coordination and cooperation with Product Management Team.
* Maintain contact with relevant customers, dealers/suppliers, service providers and institutions to optimize corporate efficiency.
* Monitor overdue payment (account receivable) for all orders in the responsible area.
* Responsible for the sales planning, implementation and supervision of sales achievement from each sales representative, field force, and area manager in the area.
* Establish subordinate training and development program and needs together with HR/GA Department.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree from Technical/ Engineering or equivalent.
* At least 6 year(s) of working experience in Managing F&B Segment, Sales Management (include leading Area Manager (AM)/ Technical Sales Representative (TSR) required for this position.
* Fluent in english (both written and spoken).
* Familiar with PC, especially for Ms. Office (Word, Exel and Power Point).
* Possess the following competencies: Leading People, Team Management, Strategic Orientation and Result Orientation.
