Responsibilities:
- As an Implementation Consultant you will be responsible for understanding and documenting client’s business requirements so that each HR / ERP solution and implementation project ultimately meets both customers functional and process requirements. Implementation Consultants work closely with the Project Manager to deliver features and workflows that customers need in their solutions in order to gain true benefits from the innovation and improvements of their business processes and operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree from reputable university majoring in Information System, Computer Science or Equivalent
- Good knowledge of English
- Mature personality with high self-confidence, and ability to work effectively in an IT environment
- Good interpersonal skills and customer orientation
Technical Qualifications:
- Background / Experience in developing or implementing HRIS solution, Financial Accounting or ERP Systems, or Business Process Management
- Expertise in Web Technology such as HTML
- Familiar with Client Side Scripting Languages and Technologies such as JavaScript and AJAX
- Expertise with Server Side Web Based Scripting Languages such as ColdFusion, PHP or ASP
- Familiar with DBMS and basic scripting in Oracle Database, MSSQL Server and MySQL
- Good at technical programming algorithm
