AM Logistics - (Code: AM LOG - OPS 11)
(Jakarta Raya)

Responsibility:
  • Supporting line manager in handling Logistic operations, covering the following:

  1. Document Management (Archiving)

  2. Distribution service (Courier and Mailroom)

  3. Cash in Transit and ATM Replenishment (outstation only)

  4. Office Insurance

  5. Vendor Management

  6. Administrative tasks (ie. processing invoice, reporting, etc).

Requirements:
  • Attention to detail

  • Multitasking

  • Excellent team player

  • Excellent time management and team management skills

  • Good problem solving skills

  • Independent

  • Able to use Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. MS Access is a plus point.

  • Fluent in English, written and speaking

  • Experience in Logistic Operation are (ie. courier, mailroom, records management) is a plus point but not mandatory
