Responsibilities:

* PRIMARY FUNCTION:

* Ensure the implementation of extension activities of the provider network and provider evaluation.

* JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Evaluated provider performance
* The implementation of coaching programs provider
* Latest data provider
* The arrangement Quarterly Management Report and Annual Management Report of the Department

Network Provider

* MOU availability of accurate provider network throughout Indonesia
* The arrangement RKA and Work Program for the Department of Network Provider
* The realization of the implementation of business processes Ministry Network Provider
* The achievement of human resource development under the work unit Provider Network Department

* Authority:

* Applying the results of credentialing or recredentialing provider to the Head of Division
* Applying for acceptance / rejection of the proposed provider
* Applying coaching program provider to the Division Head
* Propose the development of business processes in the Department of Network Provider

Requirements:

* Formal education
* S1 Medicine

* Skills / Certification
