Industrial Relation Officer



Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and maintain harmonious industrial relations at all levels.


• Maintain good relations between employers and workers, unions, and agencies - agencies.


• To socialize and monitoring of the implementation of labor regulations, policies - management policies and programs relating to industrial relations.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Law


• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.


• Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent

General Trade Development Officer



Responsibilities:

To provide support for execution of Business Development initiatives, specifically in the channel of traditional retail from planning, development, and implementation in the market.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree - Post Graduate degree will be an advantage.


• Fluent in English both written and verbal.


• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.


• Willing to travel extensievely & open for rotation to move to sales function.

Salesman Retail



Responsibilities:

This position is responsible in planning, implementing and drive sales operations in Retail outlets within the coverage area to achieve sales targets, availability, visibility and merchandising.



Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma – 3 graduated or equivalent


• Between 22 to 27 years old


• Motorcycle driving skill with valid license (SIM C) is mandatory


• Able to work individually or in a team


• Highly motivated, energetic, innovative


• Hardworking and fast leaner
