Training Development Officer

Responsibilities
Develop and conduct several activities regarding recruitment, training and motivation program to the direct sales force team to achieve the productivity target within the timeframe given.

General Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree from reputable university
  • Age max. 35 years
  • Excellent communication skill (Bahasa Indonesia & English)
  • Familiar in using Computer (esp. Ms. Office)
Specifics Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years experience as a soft skills Trainer
  • Have an experience in giving a training in Banking and Insurance Company
  • Able to do Training Need Analysis and Training Evaluation
  • Able to develop Training module and its materials
Account Manager

Responsibilities:
Develop action plan, develop marketing strategy (including selling), analyzing and evaluating the credit proposal to achieve the specific target given within the timeframe. Build a new relationship with prospect customer in corporate segment (private and/or state-own company) as well as maintain business relation with existing customer

General Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree from reputable university (in Engineering -incl. Mining-, Economics, Agriculture and Law)
  • Age max. 35 years
  • Excellent communication skill (Bahasa Indonesia & English)
  • Familiar in using Computer (esp. Ms. Office)
Specifics Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years working experience in Banking institutions as Account Officer or Relationship Manager
  • Have experience in handling corporate and syndication customers with minimum portfolio IDR 300 billion
  • Experience in structured finance will be an advantage
  • Have a good product knowledge in trade service, trade finance and treasury transactions
  • Able to work in team and independent
  • Willing to be placed in Jakarta, Medan, Surabaya & Bandung
Developer Relationship Manager

Responsibilities
Making and maintaining (monitoring and evaluating) relationship with Developer to increase the portfolio of consumer credits.

General Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree from reputable university
  • Age max. 35 years
  • Excellent communication skill (Bahasa Indonesia & English)
  • Familiar in using Computer (esp. Ms. Office)
Specifics Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years experience as Developer Relationship Manager in Banking Industry or developer
  • Experience in handling business and marketing of Consumer credit
  • Have a good knowledge in housing loan (Kredit Pemilikan Rumah/KPR) products and program
  • Willing to be placed in Banjarmasin & Semarang
Area Sales Manager

Responsibilities
Develop monthly strategy and monitoring sales activities including accomplishment of Sales Manager’s team under his supervision in order to achieve the target within the timeframe given.

General Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree from reputable university
  • Age max. 35 years
  • Excellent communication skill (Bahasa Indonesia & English)
  • Familiar in using Computer (esp. Ms. Office)
Specifics Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years experience as Sales Manager in Banking or Insurance company
  • Having experience in handling a sales force team (at least 80 person)
  • Having experience in handling Marketing event in medium or big scale
  • Willing to be placed all over Indonesia
