Administration Head Development Program (MT ADH)

Jobs Descriptions :
Following the career development program as a leader to play a role in controlling the activities of the administration (Accounting, Finance, Tax, Personnel, and General) are effective and efficient in the branch and support the daily operational activities.

Requirements :
  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance / Tax with minimum GPA 2.75
  • Max. 28 years old
  • Having at least 1 year of experience in accounting
  • Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia

Customer Care Coordinator (CCC)

Responsibilities:
have responsible in customer satisfaction to TRAC services,  giving all in services  to customer complaints and also developing corporate service culture  by training lesson all over TRAC branches in Indonesia

Requirements:
  • Diploma/Bachelor degree in any discipline with GPA min 2.75, max age 26 years old
  • Fresh graduate/ at least 1 year experience in hospitality industry (hotels, travels, and banking) will be preferred
  • Able to speak English
  • Well groomed
  • Willing to be placed all over Indonesia

Administration Officer (ADM)

Job Descriptions
Responsible for maintaining day to day financial, accounting, administrative and personnel services in order to support branch operations.

Requirements
  • Diploma degree in Accounting with min GPA 3.00
  • Max 28 years old
  • Having min 1 year of experience in Accounting

Marketing Officer (MO)

Responsibilities:
Selling car rental service to the company for long-term use to provide transportation solutions to customer needs and provide best service to customers

Requirements:
  • Having minimum diploma degree (D3) or bachelor degree (S1) from any related disciplines with minimum GPA 2,75
  • Max. 28 years old
  • Have an interest in sales and marketing field

Rental Marketing Officer (RMO)

Responsibilities:
Selling car rental service for short-term use to provide transportation solutions to customer needs and provide best service to customers

Requirements:
  • Having minimum diploma degree (D3) or bachelor degree (S1) from any related disciplines with minimum GPA 2,75
  • Max. 26 years old
  • Have an interest in sales and marketing field

Technical Support Officer (TSO)

Jobs Description :
Managing after-sales technical training and provide support (advisory) to the technical operational issues particularly relating to the use of tire

Requirements :
  • Diploma Degree in Automotive Engineering with minimum GPA 3.00
  • Max. 26 years old
  • Having at least 1 year of experience in related field would be an advantage (Fresh Graduate are welcome)

Accounting & Tax Officer (TO)

Job Descriptions
Analyze financial information and verifies the tax statements to ensure truth and accuracy of tax reporting and minimize tax penalties.

Requirements
  • Diploma Degree in Accounting/Taxation with minimum GPA 2.75
  • Max. 28 years old
  • Having at least 1 year of experience in related field would be an advantage (Fresh Graduate are welcome)

Quality Surveyor Officer

Job Descriptions
Making a plan drawings for the construction and renovation of the office and to ensure the workmanship in accordance with a predetermined plan

Requirements
  • Diploma Degree in Architecture/Civil Engineering with minimum GPA 2.75
  • Max. 28 years old
  • Having at least 1 year of experience in related field would be an advantage (Fresh Graduate are welcome)
  • Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD
