Management Trainee Program
- To bring on board high quality individuals who, at the end of a 12 month trainee period, will have a well rounded, basic understanding of all business aspects, required for their eventual involvement in the organization’s management functions.
- Management Trainees need to be prepared to work in a variety of situations, including team membership or individual assignments, intended to demonstrate self initiative and the ability, where required, to “think outside the box”. They report to department / section heads and regularly interact with specifically assigned mentors.
- Management Trainees graduating from the program, based on the Chartis performance review and appraisal standards, will be assigned to entry level managerial positions, as stepping stones to future promotions.
- Minimum qualification for a Management Trainee position is a Bachelor’s Degree from any Major with GPA/IPK minimum 3.00 (scale of 4) from reputable universities., age maximum 25 years. Applicants should possess good interpersonal and communication skills, have a record of activities in campus or out of campus organizations, have leadership skills, be self-motivated and willing to work hard, be proactive and fluent in oral and written English.
