• Healthy physical & spiritual

• Grade Point Average (GPA):

• Non Engineering: 2.75 (PTN) and 3.00 (PTS)
• Age ≤ 30 years old as of December 31, 2011
• Age ≤ 30 years old as of December 31, 2011
