Field Sales Supervisor

Coordinate, execute and control promotion / marketing activities to achieve demand objective (participant target) in order to achieve sales growth as well as manage distributor & promotion team. Post Code: FSSB

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with 3rd party distributor to achieve effective sales target.
  • Lead, coordinate and conduct regular briefing to promotion team and its resources (merchandiser, SPG, etc.).
  • Supervise and control implementation of market development initiatives, promotion and other marketing program.
  • Ensure the effectiveness of utilization of all POPs, POSMs, and excellent in-outlet execution in term of visibility according to standard/Picture of Success/winning store.
  • Evaluate marketing and promotion program and report back to Area Sales Manager on recommendation and improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure excellent customer service by managing business relationship with all key customers.
  • Consistently monitor and analyze market situation and area performance in order to identify sales opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in any discipline.
  • Experience minimum 2 years in sales, promotion & merchandising.
  • Background from FMCG and diary products.
  •  Location Bandung, Semarang
Area Chef and Sales (Location Jakarta).
Develop sales, particularly at bakery & casual dining channel as well as conduct excellent program execution. Post Code: ACSJ

Area Chef and Sales

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare work planning, monthly sales target and its implementation
  • Provide information about competitor product
  • Provide regular monthly sales reports, including sales opportunity
  • Maintain relationship & sales volume to the assigned channels, i.e. bakery, hotels, restaurants and cafe
  • Work closely with the Foodservices Channel and Technical team for product demos and promotion activities
  • Control stock availability both in distributor and outlets
  • Plan to do business development in the area through joint promo or demonstration
Requirements:
  • Has a degree in Hotel & Tourism
  • Understand recipes development / cookery
  • Able to conduct product demo to customer
  • 1-2 years experience as sales supervisor
  • Background from FMCG, food or diary industry
