SENIOR MANAGER, FINANCE & ACCOUNTING

Purpose/ Mission:
Proactive strategic role in improving the ‘business health’ and protecting the interests of the shareholder with direct responsibility in Controlling and Finance and any other responsibilities that may be added over time. Support the company from the Finance & Control aspect to achieve company target, based on brand development, brand value, turnover, and profit.
Accountabilities:
  • Ensure collections with the help of Sales Management as per trade terms and DSO objectives and limit bad debts with effective credit policies based on credit worthiness of customers
  • Keep the Operating costs within plans while maintaining effectiveness and service levels as planned.
  • Plan and implement systems to facilitate and/or control as per requirements of the company. If required to develop systems locally to take care of special needs.
  • Coordinates and consult with Country Manager in all financial & business aspects. Oversee the adequacy and soundness of the organization’s finance structures.
  • Direct and coordinate the preparation of budget programs.
  • Manage the bottomline of the company including financial costs and income or any other tax.
  • Oversee and direct the preparation and issuance of the HQ report and statutory accounts.
  • Analyze operational issues impacting functional groups and the whole company, and determines their financial impacts. Ensure effective systems and sufficient internal control are in place.
Requirements:
  • Min Bachelor Degree
  • At least 5 years in Managerial Finance & Accounting in a multinational company; Experience in leading project teams and co-coordinating cross-functional teams

TRAINER, RETAIL

Purpose/ Mission:
Support the Retail Business by equipping the retail teams with product and technical knowledge that will help them in their roles to improve sales.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop, conduct and evaluate all necessary training, development and education for the retail team
  • Provide retail team with first hand feedback from consumers through the daily interface with them
  • Provide retail team with first hand information on market situations, competition through daily on–ground contact
  • Provide on-the-job training for retail team on adidas brand history, technologies and product launches
  • Lead store personnel to consistently deliver excellent customer service by coaching and sharing of product knowledge
  • Ensure fast and efficient development, adoption and implementation of Global/ Regional training programme/ materials relating to product and technologies, based on the campaigns and needs of the retail team with collaboration with Manager, D&T from HR
  • Implement and deliver selected modules of adidas Retail University to the retail team
  • Work closely with Manager, D&T on retail team training needs, training initiatives and training implementations.
  • Provide internal training consultation to the Senior Manager, Retail and Manager, D&T focusing on store/staff performance improvements and enhancements
  • Provide ad-hoc support for retail sales & promotion events (if any)
  • Provide coordination and training support for any other retail training initiatives, i.e. new store opening, etc.
  • Responsible for training administration and training follow up.

MANAGER, SOURCING APPAREL

Purpose/ Mission:
  • The Apparel Sourcing Manager is responsible in sourcing and development of Apparel ranges for the South East Asia market.
  • To plays a critical role in the apparel sourcing and development to ensure best: (1)quality, (2)price and (3)lead-time delivered to the end customers, both international and locally sourced products.
Accountabilities:
  • Coordination with Product Management, Global Logistics and local production suppliers to ensure timely and appropriate product delivery/ availability.
  • Costing, Margin and target realization (of the pricing strategy) post agreement with the Product Management.
  • Ensure the local production suppliers comply with the adidas Standard of Engagement (SOE)
  • Creating development details / AD / tech. pack and costing sheet to purchase order for both local and international product
  • Ensure on-time and quality delivery from suppliers to fulfill sales orders, including QC of Sampling and bulk production as per adidas standards.
  • Involved in leasing with the existing / new factories to ensure production alternatives
  • Comply with any reporting requirements from adidas-Salomon or management
  • Development and evaluation of the Apparel range, leaded by the Apparel Production Manager.
  • Coordination with Product Management / Communication / Marketing to facilitate appropriate product support both in timing and implementation.
  • Coordination with the Sales, Marketing and Production to ensure delivery of the sport marketing / special event / corporate sales needs without disruption of regular Supply Chain or dilution of the company targets (margins & stock turn capitalizing on additional sales opportunity)
  • Overall responsibility for the Apparel Production Planning, Execution and Monitoring, including continuous improvement of the plan.
Requirement:
  • Min Bachelor Degree
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience; At least 1 years of leading big teams; Exposure in multinational companies, cross functional and multi cultural environment
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa
  • Ms Office proficient
