PERUMNAS is a State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) in the form of Perusahaan Umum (Perum) where the whole is owned by the Government. Housing was established as a solution to the government in providing adequate housing for the lower middle.

The company was established under Government Regulation No. 29 of 1974, amended by Government Regulation No. 12 of 1988, and perfected by Government Regulation No. 15 of 2004 dated May 10, 2004. Since its founding in 1974, Perumnas always look and act as a pioneer in the provision of housing and settlements as lower-middle income community.

Now we inviting highly motivated professionals to fulfill position as :

Diploma 3

Requirements

• Diploma 3 (D3) from the State University / Private (with accreditation B).
• Educational background of the Department of Civil Engineering, Informatics, Management, Accounting, Taxation, Archives.
• Min GPA 2.8 (Scale 4).
• Work Experience at least 1 year evidenced by the Certificate of Work
• On June 1, 2011 Age 23 years max
• Energetic, dedicated, and able to work hard.
• Able to communicate in English both oral and written.
• Willing to be placed on the entire working area Perum Perumnas.

Bachelor (S1) and Post Graduate (S2)

Requirements:

• Bachelor (S1) and Post Graduate (S2) from the State University / Private (with accreditation A).
• Educational background of the Department of Civil Engineering, Information Technology, Accounting, Business Administration, Civil Law / Business, English Literature.
• Min GPA 3.0 for S1 and 3.2 for S2 (Scale 4).
• Work Experience at least 1 year evidenced by the Certificate of Work
• On June 1, 2011 Age max 26 years to 28 years for S1 and S2.
• Energetic, dedicated, and able to work hard.
• Able to communicate in English both oral and written.
