Analyst Global Banking
(Code : ANALYST - CBA 11)

Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed sector and company research as directed.
• Develop company valuations and create/analyze financial models.
• Interact with clients and various levels of management; act as an integral part of the engagement team.
• Prepare new business presentations.
• Draft memoranda related to marketing and execution.
• Conduct fundamental industry research and quantitative analyses, and attend client presentations as required.
• Act as a resource for the wider Strategic Transaction Group team as directed by Head of STG/Global Sector Teams.
• Undertake all required activities as directed by line manager or as agreed in annual objectives in support of the furtherment of the Global Banking business.

Requirements:

• A generalist Investment Banking/Corporate Finance background.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
• Knowledge of financial modelling, valuation, and execution.
• A strong understanding of the financial markets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Exceptional academic credentials.
