PT Astra International Tbk - Isuzu Sales Operation, a distributor and main dealer for Isuzu Products and Services in Indonesia. Isuzu produces the diesel-engine mediumsize Panther MPV and Isuzu pick-up as well as a range of trucks. The Panther continues to fulfill customer demand for a strong, durable and fuel-efficient vehicle. The strongest growth is in the ELF light truck range that enabled Isuzu to achieve 30.0% market share in the four-tyre light truck segment.

All of Isuzu automobiles are distributed by the Company through Isuzu Sales Operations. It has 71 sales network all over Indonesia of which 28 sales outlets are Astra direct branches. Now we inviting dynamic and hands on professional to support our continuous growth and strengthen our presence in the market, as :

Branch Manager (BM)

Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing branch operation (sales,service and parts) and developing marketing and sales strategy to achieve branch target.

Requirements:

• Male / Female
• University Degree
• Mature Person with maximum age 37 years
• Min 5 Years experinace in similar position in automotive business (Preferably from truck/commmercial vehicle automotive business)
• Sharp analytical skill, integrity, strong leadership, dynamic personality, excellent communication and good ability in interacting with people at all level
• Must be willing to be relocated
• Placements : Jawa Barat, Jawa Tengah, Jawa Timur, Kalimantan Barat, Kalimantan Selatan, Kalimantan Tengah, Kalimantan Timur, Sulawesi Selatan, Sulawesi Tengah, Sulawesi Tenggara, Sulawesi Utara

Sales Supervisor (SS)

Responsibilities:
Responsible for leading sales activity in order to achieve the sales target.

Requirements:

• University Dergree
• Mature person with maximum age 32 years
• Experience as sales supervisor in automotive business (preferably from truck/commercial vehicle automotive business)
• Demonstrate outstanding presentation skill, salesmanship and leadership
• Must be willing to be relocated
• Placements : Jawa Barat, Jawa Tengah, Jawa Timur, Kalimantan Barat, Kalimantan Selatan, Kalimantan Tengah, Kalimantan Timur, Sulawesi Selatan, Sulawesi Tengah, Sulawesi Tenggara, Sulawesi Utara
