- Reporting to the Head of the business unit CAS for South East Asia and working closely with other departments such as Technical Service, Product Management, and Customer Service, you will be in charge of growing sales volume and profits in the Indonesian market, build and maintain existing / potential customers, implement marketing & product strategies, take relevant sales decisions, manage customer portfolio, analyze competitors / market activities.
- Chemical Engineering degree from reputable university
- Minimum 5 years experience in the chemical industry (coating and adhesives would be an advantage)
- Proven track records of exceeding business targets
- Ability to manage key accounts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Self-motivated, dynamic, a good team player that can work independently
