Converse is an American shoe company that has been making shoes since the early 20th century. Converse was organized in 1908 fully believing that there was an earnest demand from the retail shoe dealer for a rubber shoe company that would be independent enough not to follow every other company in everything they do. Converse, as one of the largest manufacturers of athletic footwear is seeking high caliber candidate for the following position:

Footwear Manufacturing Engineer

He/she is assigned key responsibility for process, component and final product quality assurance. He/she also will oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations to meet converse quality standards, support quality assurance initiatives, acts as a liaison between Converse and the factory

Requirements:

• University graduate in Industrial Engineering
• Minimum of 3 years of working experience in the Footwear Industry
• Excellent English and computer literacy are essential
• Good communication, analytical and interpersonal skill
