Ministry of Communications and Information (KEMENTERIAN KOMINFO) on Year 2011 re-open opportunities and provide educational scholarships S2 overseas institution for civil servants in ministries and non-ministry of civil servants including the TNI / Police, both within the central and local governments and private employees :Requirements:
- A graduate degree (S1) with minimum GPA 2.90 (scale of 4)
- Has a Institutional TOEFL (ITP) of at least 550 or IELTS minimum 6.5
- Has the value of Academic Potential Test (TPA) of at least 550
- Got a recommendation from the competent authority
- Preferred:
1. Having at least 2 years work experience
2. Maximum 35-year-old
3. Do not have a degree and not currently receiving other scholarship and / or attending the educational S2
