Responsibilities
- Processes all claims to professional standards of client services, acting as an intermediary between clients and insurer.
- Partners with various practices to provide superior client service.
- Develops an understanding for the client’s business.

JOB REQUIREMENT
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- Minimum 2 - 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, with practical working knowledge in General Insurance and/or Insurance Broking company, especially for handling Claims.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, problem solving, and negotiation skills.
- Good command of English in both oral and written.
- Be a team-player and possess a positive attitude towards learning.
- IT literate.
